'Efie' means home 'Dan' means building. We are African and want to preserve our culture in how we name our group companies.

The essence of EfieDan was born on the 1st June 2023. The Essence consists of the dreams, talents and expertise of the founding members of the company

In terms of building , we operate in Ghana and are based in Greater Accra, we make judgement call after discussion with our clients as to the extent we are willing to extend our radius of operation in terms of building.
