Soléa Heights – Light, Elevation, and Urban Grace
by Efiedan Design & Build Studio
Rising soon along Harriet Tubman Street in the heart of the Oman community, Soléa Heights is a refined three-storey apartment residence designed to offer comfort, light, and a quiet sense of urban luxury. Commissioned by a private Nigerian client, this contemporary development is tailored for modern living compact, efficient, and beautifully illuminated throughout.
With a bold vertical presence on a modest 0.08-acre plot, the architecture blends minimalist principles with rich textures. The building is accented with stone cladding, adding warmth and permanence to its clean, modern lines. Each floor houses a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, complete with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. Abundant glazing ensures each unit is bathed in natural light, supporting wellbeing and visual comfort.
The ground-floor unit is designed with elevated finishes for a touch of extra luxury, while a common entry lobby provides a welcoming sense of community. Adjacent to the main structure, a compact security house doubles as a flexible mini-gym space smart, space-conscious, and functional.
Though small in footprint, Soléa Heights is big on lifestyle potential. Its design balances privacy with openness, simplicity with texture, and density with grace. As construction planning advances, this project stands as a clear reflection of Efiedan’s evolving design ethos within the Oman community where thoughtful, modern spaces are crafted to support elevated everyday living.
