EfieDan means home building in Twi. We are an architecture, construction and building supplies company based in New Ningo Prampram, Greater Accra, working principally with people building in Ghana from abroad. We draw the plans, cost them, make the blocks, supply the cement, and put the house up. That is unusual. Most people building in Ghana assemble a different company for each of those jobs and then spend two years trying to make them talk to each other. We are part of the Asarci Group, which has developed 177 acres across six communities at Ɔman, where over 424 landowners from more than 30 nations hold plots. 9 homes are currently under construction there
