Many construction projects in Ghana, both small and big, are finished to a poor standard. The artisans are not engaged enough to want to finish the work to the standard you would expect, and even worse, the contractors/developers are unbothered to check and raise the standards.
The prices being charged for homes in Ghana are quite frankly concerning when you compare the cost to build yourself. We will find a middle ground but can categorically state that it is far cheaper to build your own home than to go and buy in the current market.
We will make sure we do the necessary and will provide here over the coming years and decades.
