Bringing Your Vision to Life, Step by Step
At EfieDan, we believe great design begins with clarity, collaboration, and care. That’s why every home we create follows a structured and highly personalised journey — ensuring what’s built is exactly what you imagined, and more.
Understanding Your Vision
We begin by guiding you through a detailed design scope. This helps you think deeply about your lifestyle, preferences, and the features you truly need in your home.
Creating Your Brief
Once your scope is complete, our Head of Design translates your responses into a draft design brief. This sets the foundation for your project.
Kickoff Collaboration
We hold a kickoff call where you meet our design team and lead architect. Together, we review the brief line-by-line and discuss your reference images to make sure we’re aligned on style, layout, and priorities.
Finalising Your Brief
After the kickoff session, we refine the document into a finalised design brief. You sign off only once you’re fully satisfied — ensuring every detail reflects your vision.
Laying the Groundwork
Next, we develop block plans (to show how your home sits on the land) and internal floor plans. These are reviewed and approved by you before we proceed.
Bringing It to Life
With layout confirmed, we produce design concepts that help you visualise the structure and style of your home.
Technical Detailing
We conclude by preparing your materials and labour schedule—an essential document showing everything needed to build your design.
Budgeting with Precision
Our quantity surveyors prepare a detailed material and labour schedule, giving you clarity on what it will take to build your home, both structurally and financially.
Visualisation & Approvals
You’ll receive high-quality 3D renders of your home for final review. Once you’re satisfied, our team — including licensed architects, quantity surveyors, and engineers — signs and stamps your documentation.
Ready for Construction
With everything in place, we prepare and submit your drawings for building permit approval. If needed, we can also provide full construction drawings to support a seamless build on-site.
